I decided to start this blog, while I am preparing an Asian theme tearoom located inside of Handol Martial Arts School, Danbury, Connecticut.
I can't say that I am an expert, but I want to share my tea adventures in this blog. This blog is mostly about teas and tea wares from Taiwan, Korea, China and etc, that will be provided in Handol tearoom. Also I want to talk about tea foods and cultures as well. They are mostly Asian-inspired, of course, with some international twist. ;)
